Course Description: Keep calm and cook on! This course introduces young chefs to some kitchen basics while creating a full-course meal. The class will consist of five meetings. Students will make an appetizer, salad, main entree, side dish, and dessert. One recipe will be taught per class while learning the basics of the kitchen like food safety, using tools, and nutrition. Students will then use flipgrid to make a video of themselves making each recipe.

Class Times: May 27 & June 3 10:00 am - 10:45 am Students will participate within a live demo of each recipe. Students will then film themselves making the recipe.
